I aim to post out orders as soon as possible.
If an item ordered is not in stock, I will email you to discuss options.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail.

Refunds and Returns

My aim is always for satisfied customers and I hope you will be happy with your purchase.
Please contact me if you intend to return the goods, stating the reason for return within 7 days of receipt.
Customers must take reasonable care of items to be returned, making sure they are securely packaged. A certificate of posting is recommended.
Returns are sent at the customers own expense. If the item is found to be faulty or damaged in the post any return costs will be refunded to you.
Once I have received the returned item I will initiate a refund, replacement of exchange.

Customs Duty

Please Note that as of 1st July 2021 the changes implemented in regard to VAT on European Orders means if you order from the EU we will post as normal but your item will be delivered Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). You will have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) and a handling fee. These charges will depend on your country and the value of the order, it will most likely lead to delays and if you are not prepared to pay the additional charges we would suggest you don’t order or order from one of our stockists. If an order is refused at delivery we will refund it only when it comes back to us and it will not include the original P&P charge.
